Plant Rentals

Looking to integrate greenery into your next event? Our rental plants add lushness and vibrancy to weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, religious celebrations and more! The best part - once your event is over, we will pick it all back up! 

Choose between plants in their plastic nursery pots, placed inside decorative woven baskets or placed into simple white or black cylinder pots.

Please do not submit a rental order without first submitting an inquiry form first to confirm the date and availability of rental plants. 

Additional Details and Fees:

  • We require 2 weeks notice for all plant rentals. For last minute rentals, please email us at hello@bwillow.com and we will do our best to accommodate! 
  • All rentals require signed contracts to keep our plants healthy and happy during your events. Will get all of this over to you during the planning process!
  • All rentals require delivery and pickup. We do not allow our rental plants to be transported by non-B.Willow staff. 
    • Our delivery range extends up to 30 miles from our location, 220 W. 27th St. Baltimore, MD. 21211. Just let us know if your venue is outside of this 30 mile range, as we may charge an extended travel fee. 
  • Fees:
    • We charge a 10% labor and delivery fee for transport of plants to the door of your venue, and delivery (to addresses within 30 min of shop. Greater distances may result in a higher delivery fee).
    • We charge a 15% and delivery labor fee for transport and placement of plants inside your venue (not just delivered to the door but placed in various locations within your venue), and delivery.
