Chamaedorea elegans 'Neanthe Bella Palm'

Chamaedorea elegans is native to rainforests of Southern Mexico and Guatemala. It is also known as a Bella Palm or Parlor Palm.

Light: Bright indirect light. Can tolerate dapple direct light. 

Water: Water when the soil is about 50-75% dry. Palms can dry out some but do not want to remain dry. You will notice leaves thinning or wilting. 

Repotting: Repot into a nutrient rich, moisture retentive soil. It is best to repot into glazed ceramic or plastic pots to help retain moisture. If repotting into unglazed clay or terra cotta, keep a close eye on watering.
