Silver satin pothos prefer indirect, bright light due to their variegation; avoid placing plant in direct sunlight-this will scorch the leaves. Water when the top 50% of soil has dried. Cuttings may be taken by using sharp, sanitized shears and cutting just above a node; place the cutting in water and allow 2-3" of multiple roots to grow before placing in soil.
