Dieffenbachia are native to the tropics of Mexico, South America, and the West Indies. Commonly known as a "Dumb Cane" dieffenbachia have a toxic sap that can cause irritation when ingested, keep away from small children and curious pets!
Prefer bright, indirect light but can adjust to low light. Direct sun can burn the leaves. Water when the top few inches of soil dry out, letting the soil dry too much will result in drooping and browning leaves.
