Senecio rowleyanus (commonly known as String of Peas/Pearls) is a vining, flowering, perennial succulent in the daisy family and native to areas of Southwest Africa. When allowed to grow naturally, this plant prefers to vine on the ground and form clumps when roots/vines touch.
Light: Constant bright light, does best placed in an area with direct sunlight (these plants do not thrive in lower light settings).
Water: Water when the soil is 100% dry, overwatering will lead to rotting of "pearls" and roots.
Pet Safety: Moderately toxic to pets; may cause mouth and stomach irritation if ingested.
